At Property Week, we are passionate about promoting diversity and creating an inclusive environment. That's why we encourage individuals from all backgrounds to step forward and showcase their achievements. Rental Living Awards will celebrate the disruptors, innovators, mould breakers, and entrepreneurs who are pushing boundaries and making waves in the industry.


ENTRY DEADLINE: FRIDAY 13 JUNE 2025

Trailblazer in Rental Living Award

Recognising emerging talent or innovative organisations transforming the UK rental living sector with fresh thinking and bold action. This award celebrates the changemakers challenging convention and shaping the future of SFR, Co-Living, and BTR.

To be eligible for this award you must have a maximum of six years of experience in the industry and be under the age of 35 as of September 2025.

During the evaluation process, the judging panel will assess the entries based on the following criteria:

  • Disruption or innovation in business model, service, or design
  • Early achievements and potential for long-term impact
  • Leadership qualities and sector influence
  • Fresh perspective or breakthrough approach to rental living

To participate, please provide your responses to the following questions in your entry:

  • About your contribution to the property sector
  • Results and outcomes achieved through your development and contribution
  • Your vision for future opportunities and challenges in the property sector

Please state the month and year the entrant joined the property industry. (Exact date not required). To be eligible the entrant must have a minimum of six years of experience in the property industry.

Please provide a 200-word online submission focusing on the criteria provided above.

*What specific contributions have you made to the property sector?

Please make sure you share results and achievements (400 words)

*What is your vision for future opportunities and challenges in the property sector, and how do you plan to leverage your development and contributions to address them?

Where possible please provide a colour headshot of the entrant. We recommend a dpi of at least 300. If successful, this will be used alongside your entry on the evening and in the magazine.

*Company Logo

The entrant's company logo should be supplied in colour as a vector eps file. We recommend a dpi of at least 300. If successful, this will be used alongside your entry on the evening and in the magazine.

*Promotional Summary

Please provide a short summary, in no more than 50 words, of your entry. This may appear in the printed event guide and in any relevant marketing communications about the awards should you make the shortlist. Please note that we reserve the right to edit for consistency and publishing reasons.

*Testimonials from your line manager

Please provide strong testimonial evidence from your line manager. If successful, this may be used alongside your entry on the evening and in the magazine (150 words)

Supporting Materials

Please provide support material where you feel it will enhance your entry, such as case studies or video links. Please upload one zip file containing no more than 3 documents. Judges are not required to score supporting material but can use supporting material as evidence to support a claim. For this reason please ensure all important statements are included in the main body of your awards submission - do not rely on the supporting materials section alone to evidence your entry.

Rental Living Investment Impact Award

Recognising the most influential investment, funding deal, or acquisition that has shaped the UK’s rental housing sector. This award celebrates strategic financial moves that have driven growth, innovation, or transformation across Single-Family Rental (SFR), Co-Living, or Build-to-Rent (BTR).

To be eligible , entries must relate to initiatives and activities completed between 01 April 2024 - 31 March 2025. 

When reviewing your submission, the judges will be looking for evidence of the following:

  • Scale and strategic importance of the deal
  • Measurable impact on the rental housing landscape
  • Innovation in deal structure or investment approach
  • Contribution to sector growth or diversification

Future of Renting Award

Celebrating the most forward-thinking innovation in UK rental living, from new operational models to cutting-edge technology and ESG initiatives. This award recognises developments that are redefining how people rent and live.

To be eligible , entries must relate to initiatives and activities completed between 01 April 2024 - 31 March 2025.

When reviewing your submission, the judges will be looking for evidence of the following:

  • Level of innovation and originality
  • Applicability and scalability across the sector
  • Impact on resident experience and/or operational efficiency
  • Contribution to ESG, digital transformation, or new business models

Social Impact in Rental Housing Award

Honouring projects, initiatives, or operators making a meaningful difference in affordability, inclusivity, and community-building in rental housing. This award showcases those creating long-term social value across SFR, Co-Living, and BTR.

To be eligible , entries must relate to initiatives and activities completed between 01 April 2024 - 31 March 2025.

When reviewing your submission, the judges will be looking for evidence of the following:

  • Evidence of positive social outcomes for residents or communities
  • Innovation in addressing affordability or inclusion
  • Community engagement and participation
  • Long-term commitment to social value and impact measurement

Rental Living Leader of the Year

Recognising an outstanding individual who has redefined rental living through bold leadership, vision, and impact.


This award honours those at the forefront of the sector, driving transformation and setting new standards for excellence in UK rental housing.

  • Track record of positive impact on the sector
  • Commitment to innovation, people, and performance
  • Influence on industry standards and future direction
