SITE VISITS

The inaugural edition of the Rental Living Summit will take place in the vibrant Freight Island in Manchester, a unique destination in the heart of the city. Prior to the main event day, attendees will have the option to attend an exclusive site visit (by appointment only), to either Capital&Centric's, Kampus, New Maker Yards by Get Living or even both!

This will be followed by a networking drinks reception followed by a short panel debate at Neptune Mill.

NEW MAKER YARDS

Located within Middlewood Locks along the canal, New Maker Yards by Get Living has been operating since 2019 and is home to 1,400 residents.
