Pat Hayes is Executive Director of Housing & Environment at Slough Borough Council, leading the Borough’s regeneration and recovery following recent financial and organisational challenges. With over 25 years of experience in local government and redevelopment, Pat has held senior roles at Transport for London and the London Borough of Lewisham. He is known for enabling high-quality development through pragmatic planning and innovative use of public assets. Outside of work, Pat manages AWOL O’Shea, a UCI Women’s Continental cycling team supporting young women to race at elite levels across the UK and Europe.
