Rob Sumner started in small practice agency in 1994, before moving to Manchester in 1999. He developed specialisms in new homes, development and investment whilst working at DTZ (held role of Associate Director). He joined Savills in 2007 as Director, worked in Manchester in the development team, continued to work in investment and brokered some of the first wave of BTR funding deals in Manchester.
